h. View Launched Campaign Details – Confirmed Cars Details / Campaign Cost / Duration
i. Execute Campaign & Payment Gateway (Paypal)
2. Car Owner Portal
a. Signup as Car Owner (Membership subject to approval by Admin)
b. Send photo of NRIC (front and back) and photo of Log Card showing proof of Car Ownership (those driving rentals Uber and Grab not allowed)
c. Edit Driver Details
d. Add / Edit / Delete Cars Details (including upload photo of side, front and back of car) – Reg No, Colour, OPC/Non-OPC, Mileage, Insurance Co. , Brand, Model, Year of First Reg, Type, etc.
e. Add / Edit Car Routes Details (Drive Days, From Location / Time, To Location / Time, Use Google Map API to calculate the driving distance between 2 Postal Codes)
f. Edit Allowable Ad Spaces (Back only, Sides and Back, Sides Only, Full car) for each car
g. Edit Payment Details – Bank Transfer (Bank Name / Acc Name / Acc Number ) / Cheque (Name / Mailing Address) / Paypal
h. View Payment Status & Acknowledge Payment
i. View Payment History
3. Admin Portal
a. View List of Advertisers & Email Individual
b. Edit / Delete Advertiser
c. View Campaigns created for each Advertiser
d. View Total $ Spent for each Advertiser (in Main Dashboard)
e. View Combined Total for all Campaigns by Month / Year
f. View Executed Campaigns (Earliest Start Date at Top) – Deep Dive into Car Owners for Campaign and Sticker Status (Pasted / Removed) à Create New Job: Assign Car to Runner for Paste OR Remove
g. View Completed Campaigns and Payment Dispersion Status to Car Owners (Sent Payment Date / Method of Payment)
h. View List of Car Owners and Car Details & Email Individual
i. Approve Car Owner Registrations (Approve New)
j. Edit / Delete Car Owner
k. Edit / Delete Cars Details
l. Pay Car Owner for Campaign (indicate Bank Transfer / Cheque / Paypal) - Update Status of Payment
m. Send mass mail to all Advertisers
n. Send mass mail to all Car Owners
o. Edit Email Formats
p. Add / Edit / Delete Runners (Name / NRIC / Area Covered / Address / Mobile No. / Contact No.)
4. Runner Portal
a. View Pending Jobs
b. Update Status (Pasted / Removed) & Upload max 3 images for Job.
