we need to have some banner ads animated in html5. I have attached an excel spreadsheet with the exact specs (click under the "IAB Standard & Network-Wide" tab at the bottom of the page. To summarize, they are all the same design, with different headlines and photos to animate. And, they will run on the Wall Street Journal network-Not Google. They have some very specific requirements as outlined in the attached Excel file. Please only respond if you have read the requirements and can do the job as specified in those requirements. Here is a summary of the rules:
