Basic Auction site for charity

We are a charity that runs an annual blind auction. We currently have in place a spreadsheet that is visible on a TV screen that people can view the bids. We are looking to replace this with a very simple online auction if possible.
The final outcome should be a site that can have three columns of auction items (similar to attached screenshot) and with approximately 72 auction items. This will be the view at the actual auction. The TV resolution will be HD at 1920x1080.
The mobile view should have a single column with all the auction items and current bid. Bidding should be done on a mobile phone by simply entering their highest bid and clicking BID, after logging in.
We will give out login details to each visitor and they will be able to login and place bids. There will be an email notification built in so that when someone is outbid, they get a notification.
The screen will need to be able to refresh frequently so that visitor can see the latest bids on screen.
Bids will also need to be added via an admin panel.
