Building Website by using Weebly and Creating Graphics/SEO

I need someone who is creative enough to be able to create two graphics with given information. Also creating 1 page of product info using Weebly. He/She is able to create attractive layout and graphics, not just copy/paste the product information provided. The person also has to be proficient in writing, expert in marketing language and SEO that he/she can go over this 1 other page that I already created and revise to optimize it.
Please look at attachment- the page talks about how to choose the stand up paddle boards and the information is in that file. In that file, there are two graphics. I would like to create something similar but different with the same information. (NOTE: I don't want that person to just copy/paste but providing that information with creative/attractive layout/graphics)
