Convert JPEGs of Aircraft to Vectors

I'm wanting to hire a talented vector artist who can turn JPEG reference images of Aircraft into vector files.
To win this project you will need to meet the below criteria, if you can't then please don't apply.
- Quick turn around time of 24-48 hours maximum
- Vectors to be redrawn and not auto image traced in Ai
- Files delivered as Ai or EPS (no PSD files)
- $30USD per aircraft vector
- A portfolio so I can see your previous work
- Very good attention to detail
I have attached the style of vector art I like, and also a sample reference image of what needs to be redrawn.
This will be on going work for the right artist.
Note: I just require the aircraft. I don't require any backgrounds etc from the reference JPEGs I send.
