Create a cartoon drawing from some examples

I'm looking for a cartoon style coloured drawing to be made, so that it may be printed around A4 size. It may be hand or digitally drawn.
The cartoon drawing should have a background of Hampden Stadium (Image 1), with gates in front of it. At the gates there should be a Steward (Image 2) with a speech bubble saying "Y'er no getting in!". Beside the steward there should be a person wearing a Rangers top (Image 3) holding a bottle of Bacardi Breezer (Image 4) with a speech bubble saying "But I'm Rangers Fan Calum MacRitchie, Rangers Fan, Kind regards, Rangers Fan!" over a few lines.
This is to be printed to be put on a birthday cake so DPI isn't greatly important.
