* Must have good communication skills.
* Must have good command over php.
* Must agree to milestone payment. (Payment will not be given in advance)
* Must have atleast 10 websites to show with his footer credits.
* Must be able to work anytime 24*7.
* Must have testimonials on his website. (If he/she is new here)
