I would like the two cartoons converted to vector and recreate the Crest as Photoshop or Illustrator image.
Cartoon 1 - convert the two characters into individual vector images, the taller character needs one of the hans recreated and put it on the hip.
Cartoon 2 - just convert to Vector
The cartoon have background, please remove.
When working in Illustrator or Photoshop, please save to Version 6. Make the file very simple so it is easy to manipulate by a person with very limited knowledge.
