CSS3 Animation Expert Needed To Create Web Design

I need a CSS3 animation expert to help me design a responsive web design for a dedicated web hosting company. The base layout should look like [url removed, login to view] . I am not looking for a template, nor any of the cookie cutter design practices that are used to make web designs today. I want a truly next-generation design.
