Design an Italian street food logo

Hi freelancers,
I have been working for a while on a logo for my business, but not going anywhere, need some helping hand to take what I have to the next level.
I upload the work that I have done so far so you can see how the logo evolved over time.
Here some comments about the logos I have so you have a direction to work on:
- Logo 1a/1b: too fast food, I like the fact that we see the product though.
- Logo 2: Paolino needs to be prominent, not everything the same size.
- Logo 3a/3b: Shape too simple, but like the font.
- Logo 4: Like the general feeling, but see it more as as shop sign rather than a logo on a website.
In terms of colours, cf last 2 images to see where I would like you to get the inspiration from and have same feeling of the brand.
In terms of informaiton, Paolino is the name of the brand, so the main thing on the logo. Then, would like to have 'Italian street food' 'Milano' and 'Panzerotti' (name of the product) written somewhere on the logo too.
Also would like to try to have the shape of the product on the design somewhere. (cf last 2 images to have an idea of the product).
Note that I am a perfectionist, and if you are expecting to send me a one time logo and be done, then this project is not for you. I am very picky on details and very likely to change my mind.
