Edit the wordpress theme 'just landed' to look like another website with the same theme

I'm looking for a html/php coder to edit the wordpress theme 'just landed'. Ideally want someone with experience working with this theme. This theme is responsive.
I want it to look exactly like another website which uses the exact same theme. All you need to do is copy what is on that website and replicate it on mine.
Their version of the site also has a dynamic URL, and I want this setting up on my own. Meaning, if their website is [login to view URL] within the content of their home page it will mention the word 'london'. It is a line of code which takes a word from the URL, and places it in the content of the website. I want this replicated on my own website.
Other edits include:
Creating a button
have the button show only on mobile devices (not desktop verison)
amending a contact form 7 (colour)
Moving headline text higher than default
Also to show me how to change the colour of the contact form 7 form.
This is a fairly quick job as the theme has already been setup 90% similar to the one which it needs to replicate. Looking for a quick delivery.
