I need a full website completed. Preference will be given to companies that reside in countries with the English common law system.
The website must be a user-friendly and an interactive site. The site provides users with a Do It Yourself Minor Debt legal website. As each state has different requirements I am starting in Queensland. However you will eventually be doing sites for New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia.
The user has two options from the front page select a one off interactive form or become a member and manage many court documents in their various stages, all of which they can do through an admin area.
The site will need to have credit card facility for users to pay per form. It will need to have security, it will need a admin area, it will need interactive forms and the forms to be printed or emailed.

I know nothing about programming language, so I expect the company/person who is quoting to know everything. I have provided screen shots of how I want the site to look and act.
For the successful company, I will provide a flow chart, the colours of the site and a website plan and content. Timeframe is approximate 1 month - 6 weeks. I am only interested in set costs for completed work and not hourly rates.
The Admin area for members explained:
1. It Will have an area
2. An area for the user to type against each completed form a date the claim was lodged
3. An area for the user to type against each completed form a date the claim was sent for service
4. An area for the user to type against each completed form a date the affidavit of service was sent to the court and then an automatic date that appears 28 days after this date
5. The name of the court that the form was lodged
6. 28 days after the affidavit of service the client can lodge a "request for a decision" form to be completed.
7. If the court has received a defence - an area where the client can place a date for court
8. An area that provides outcome of the case.
9. Place notes against each case.
