Making a Game

This game is supposed to be a story-based choice game with an in-depth tale that is decided by the player. Sort-of like Skyrim but original. I myself don't get picky with the details, but I want this to be a game that can bring people together over teamwork on a multi-player or co-op platform or run a single-player tale through endless adventures you can create and share or play the stories given. I want this to be a team project and I want it to be great. Here, I can't really explain the details because I don't know them myself. I want to collaborate with a team or just a few people. I want people that are good with team-work and aren't too bossy. I also hope the people that choose to work with me are willing to at least accept me and my ideas even if I don't have as much to put into this project.
