Minor Changes To Logo & Artwork AI File

I require changes to a logo and to an artwork file.
Detailed requirements will be provided when the contract is awarded however a brief summary is listed below:
Logo:
My company has a logo that is currently gold in colour. I need a designer to make some minor edits to it to remove text and change the colour. Requirements are:
a. Delete the words “Home & Kitchenware” from logo
b. Then save two versions of logo
i. One ai file where logo is gold (existing colour)
ii. One ai file where logo is black (new colour)
I need the following files delivered:
1. Black logo ai file
2. Black logo pdf file
3. Gold logo ai file
4. Gold logo pdf file
Artwork Edits:
I have an artwork file for a ceramic product. The file I have is an AI file. I need some basic edits made to the ai file which are:
1) Delete the words “Home & Kitchenware” from logo
2) Gold stripes that are on there to change to blue
3) Change in colour required (The colour in the file will need to change to different colours – pink & blue) so 2 files to be returned, ie. 1 x pink and 1 x blue
I need the following files returned to me

Please only submit a price that you will be willing to honour. There will be no negotiation of price after contract award.
