Need a designer to do print designs for doormats

We are producers of floor mats based in India. We export more than 98% of our production. We are a 150+ year old, family owned company.
We recently invested in a digital printer that prints on Nylon carpet. Carpet is then backed with Rubber to form a doormat. See image.
We need engineered designs. Prior experience in Home Textiles design and specifically mats/rugs for Europe/US would be desirable.
We are currently looking for a collection of 6 - 8 designs.
