I need some Graphic Design

this job is simply joining together 2 existing manuals to make 1 manual, change the cover and back of manual to a new one (logos provided) join the contents together of both manuals to make into one. And lastly change the footer in the manual on all the pages to a new one.
i have pdf of both manuals.
Attached is the following
-beginner manual contents
-intermediates manual contents
-screen shot of old manual footer example as an idea for new footer idea
- old cover of manual as an idea and content for new manual
- zipped folder of new logo files
- high res image to use for background of new manual cover
this is a fairly simple job just a little bit of creative needed on the cover and a little on the footer however i have a footer example we can use but in the new logos covers
