Redesign 3 company divisional websites into one

We are a company with three unique divisions, and currently have a website for each. We wish to combine all three into one main page with three "subsites" or trees of pages and subpages. While our divisions each use the same colors for their logos, but different colors for marketing, we would like to somehow unify them. After it is initially set up, we would like to easily be able to go in an edit simple texts and paragraphs without always contacting you or another professional, but still use you for any large edits (pics, layout, etc). We know how to edit a little bit in html, CS4 and Wordpress. Our three divisions are [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and rcpjobs.com. We need to have a floating contact box on every page for the caregiving site, and cleaning site.
