For my school project, i need to develop the full concept of a restaurant.
i'm looking for an architect that will deliver:
- Full Schematic designs ( see attachement for specific deliverables )
- Full concept design
- and Full construction documents
please create, design and plan all primary spaces in the Restaurant floor architecture plan
including and not limited to:
- The kitchen and storage
- Restrooms kitchen staff and guests
- Bar and Countertop Area
- Yoga Shala for 10 people
- Spa ( 4-6 rooms )
- The Dining Area
- The Parking, Entry & Waiting Area
- Roof top
- Terrace if needed
- Landscaping
