Troubleshoot a contact scheme on my website

1. I have a simple contact scheme on my website that dont work anymore for some reason. The e-mails dont reach my e-mail, nor does it get sent out a confirmation to the person that have used the contact scheme. The scheme is available on my live website for testing and troubleshooting.
