i need an advert done for a vet clinic. in length 240mm x height 100mm with a 5mm bleed. i have uploaded an image of the manning vet clinic, you need to use the details from this advert but i want a new advert like the other one i uploaded as the manning advert it crap.

i also want the offer to change of the manning vet clinic to be the same as the other vet advert i uploaded. i want it to look similar to the other advert but not the same please quote
