Hello to all my talented folks out there!
I have a website ...
And need someone to build me a frontpage to my website exactly like the one on this link:

I want something that looks and functions exactly like that website
Goal:
-No one can access the content without passing through that page
-That page has a machine that requires a code to enter
-If the code is correct the person is re-directed to my website
-If the code is not correct than the machine says "Error"
I need to be able to create new codes and delete the ones that I don`t want to be available any more
I need the page to look exactly like the one on the link above shown
I don`t need a full website or anything similar, just a frontpage that only lets the user access the website if he or she has a working code.
