Website TRANSLATION : Dreamweaver -> Wordpress (conversion)

I have a Dreamweaver website that I need to translate into Wordpress. Wordpress already installed on my site. I have about 40 simple pages, with on image and some text, and about 10 pages with just text. This will involve a little back and forth between us. - because I do not have a wordpress theme yet. I do not have larger or higher res images of most of the work than appears on the website. I do not have a wordpress theme in part because my images are so small.
I can purchase a theme or maybe you know of one? This price not in your estimate -- I can buy separate.
