Proof of concept : .NET Single Page Web Site using AngularJS, Bootstrap and JSON

I require a proof of technology web site developed. If this is successful there will be a lot of development work for the successful bidder.

It is mandatory that the web site to be developed using the following technologies and techniques;

1. ASP.NET C# Visual Studio

2. SIngle Page Development technique

3. AngularJS and AngularUI

4. Bootstrap

5 JSON Web services

I require the following web site. The main purpose of this development is a proof of concept of using AngularJS single page development in a ASP.NET environment using JSON web services. In this phase of the project a web services calls can be to dummy functions that you develop i.e. the data is simulated however you must provide production quality code that shows how to make such a call.

1. A login page, the user login must be validated a call to a JSON web service. You can simulate the web service in the proof of concept. You must implement PRODUCTION quality error handling and logging.

2. After login the user is presented with the main application page. This page has a NAVBAR MENU vertically aligned on the left hand side of the page. The menu items must be dynamically loaded from a web service (you can simulate the web service for this proof of concept as mentioned above). There MUST be two layers of child menuitems.

3. When the user selects a menu item the following must happen depending on the configuration of the menu item

A. A new HTML fragment (View) is displayed in the main page part of this page. this page must access a web service for access validation . It must then display a grid which is loaded with data from a web service. The data can be simulated by yourself. The grid must have the following features; Pagination. Search (there must be a search box which triggers a re-population via the web service) and sorting on column click (again the sorted data must be returned from the web service.) The application works against very large databases so we must have sorting and filtering done on database as there will be situations where all the data cannot be "in-browser". (if you can provide an example where the grid is sorted locally as well that would be nice but is not mandatory).

B. For some menu items a new browser WINDOW or TAB needs to be created. The same information (grid) can be displayed into these pages as well.
