Write a java script can get all submitted form in all page in my website

I am running a web site. I need you to write a javascript to collect all data when the customers submit any forms in my website ( cart form, search form...) The collected data should be sent to server to analyze it ( look like a google analytics ).
I need to get data in every forms before the page is submitted, such as: <input><select><hidden>, cookies data is must collected too.
The data format should be: formname=<formname>&formelement1=<value1>&formelement2=<value2>&cookiesvar1=<cvalue1>&........ and submitted to another page on my website ( that means we don't cross-domain ).
The javascript should 2 version: one goes with jquery and the second shouldn't. The script must work for all browsers. It should work for mobile browser too.
