Migrate Joomla 1.5.23 to 3.2 & Updating Templates etc

Hi,
I have a Joomla 1.5 site that needs to be updated/moved to Joomla 3.2. The site has been hacked so we only have access to the backend at the moment.
1. Update Joomla 1.5.23 to 3.2 (new install of Joomla)
2. Move all content and links (it very important the the access level of the links is maintained)
3. Move DOCman documents to the new updated site (ether we can buy a new version of DOCman or move the documents to YOOThemes ZOO component)
4. Update the "simple" calendar to a new version
5. We have a new (3.2) template - so you just need to update the old design of the site to "fit" the new template.
I'm helping a nonprofit organisation which are doing research on children's cancer. Unfortunately I do not have the skills or time right now to do the update. We URGENTLY need the site to be up and running no later then Monday December 9th 2013.
The budget is limited but I hope that some one out there will help!
