CSS update responsive tablet menu for existing responsive webiste

In an existing Website, which is responable I want to change the Menu for "@media screen and (min-width:481px) and (max-width:860px)". The Website is fully responsive! So the only thing that to be redesigned is the menu for tablets with its 2 level-navigation. In the end it should look something like this: [login to view URL]
Now it uses the same dropdown menu like the iphone-version of the website.
Only the CSS-File can be changed. The html file is untouchable and can not be changed, because it would have effects on the other views.
