Convert HTML, CSS, JS into Django project

I have a registration environment created with HTML, JS, and CSS. In fact, it is a three steps workflow where a client has to fill it out before a clientspace (not created yet) is created. I am asking you to convert that little project into a Django project. Instead of executing this task from the repo, I want to execute it inside a django project. So you need to create an app and each step of the workflow will have its own URL. This task is pretty straightforward for someone with some experience with Django. If I demand is that I don't have much experience with this framework, and I want to see how well structured templates, URLs, CSS and JS files inside a Django project. I think this task can be made within maximum an hour.
The folder will be shared with the project manager.
