Online website / E-Commerce for B2C and B2B customers

Hi there,
I am interested if you can build a multilingual online website or E-commerce along with a mobile website and mobile app that is fully responsive which would include sections for food and beverage, clothing, household items, appliance, etc.. but I would like the website to have 2 main sections 1. for B2C customers where they would be able to order online on the website directly and if it is possible where they could see the delivery process/status on the website and on the mobile app they will have a map that shows them the progress of the delivery. 2nd section is primarily for B2B customers where they order either on bulk orders with minimum order quantities, with also either weekly/monthly/quarterly/6months/yearly basis (for agreement/contract purposes), orders on the B2B section would directly go on RFQ (Request For Quote) where I receive an email and be able to assess the order.
I will break down all the points, categories, subcategories, and everything necessary. please let me know if you are able to build such a platform.
