Looking to create some simple graphic arts, like a sun, cloud, silhouette/s, and possibly make some into moving gif's, do not want copied graphics, must be original and I will have all rights to final products.

I have attached a a picture for example to be turned into approx. 1 inch by 1 inch and made into a similar silhouette (not just photoshoped, must be original, picture provided is just an example).
