Roof line must remain the same. Windows and patio doors can increase in size.
I thinks window replacements with black trim appeal to me. Stone, wood or stucco or existing brick or combinations can be used on the exterior. Tan vinyl siding must go. Rear deck to remain unchanged. Modern building exterior products can be used.
