I need a Facebook advertising expert

I have an online company that sells t-shirts and sweatshirts for 7 different colleges. I need someone to help me with my Facebook advertising. I'm not sure what I'm doing right or possibly doing wrong. I'm in a catch 22 because the Facebook advertising I'm currently doing is bringing people to my site and making me sales, but the cost of my Facebook advertising is really eating into my profits. I need to find out where the sweet spot is for my spending. For example, if I'm currently spending $50 per day, could I scale it back to say $30 and get close to the same effect? Or on the other hand, could I add $10 more dollars per day onto my budget and increase my sales significantly? I'm not sure if there is a way to find these kind of things out without trial and error, I'm hoping someone can shed some light on my campaign and give me some solid pointers and suggestions. I hear people talk about landing pages and redirecting, etc. and I don't really know what this means or how/if it would benefit me. The employees at Facebook are absolutely worthless, I cannot even get someone to answer my calls or call me back and I assume they want to make as much money off me as possible, so they would not be willing to help me out or show me any shortcuts or recommend spending any less than I already am. I think I have a pretty solid Facebook page, I just need help with the ads portion and setting them up to reach as many potential customers as possible. The goal I am trying to accomplish is to spend less on advertising than I currently am and achieve the same or better results than I am currently getting.
I am looking for someone who is VERY GOOD at this. Please do not respond if you do not have experience with Facebook advertising or social media. I need someone who absolutely knows what they are talking about and can get the job done and show results as quickly as possible.
I also don't know anything about Google Analytics and how this could benefit what I am trying to do. I'm open to other social media and online advertising sites as well, but currently am only using Facebook and occasionally Twitter.
I unfortunately don't have a large budget to work with, but hopefully we can work something out as far as a fair compensation.
