You must research niche & keywords that will attract users and is appropriate for chosen keyword. I buy the domain name related to your niche research and keywords should arrange the parameters are agreed. My site must be fully operational and online generating the minimum required amount of cash for me daily with no intervention on my part. All practices must maintain my account in good standing.

Terms:

- Write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website as needed to continue generating at least the minimum long term.

- Only white hat

- It can be as simple as a blog on bloggers spot.

- You MUST follow google adsense rules and regulations.

- Website/Adsense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. no bots, automated or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat

- Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on website.

- No pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by adsense rules

- Site must generate income for the long term with $10 to $15 usd minimum daily for 03 months

- All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing

- Must contain related images to niche topic

- Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads

- Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites)

- Must Be Adsense optimized

- Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as Adsense

I will pay the amount of bid only AFTER I see constant income in my Adsense account and receive my SECOND payment. I will hold the payment until this. Then your payment will be release to you. No partial payments,no milestones nothing before i receive my SECOND payment sorry. When conditions have been met successfully, you will be paid in full plus i give a little bonus of $300 extra. The bidder should consider the following points:

• Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website. I should be earning daily with little work from my side

• Show me the proof of income after 30 then 60 days of launching a website, day by day statics to be provided: Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked.

• Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created and are being profitable .

Payment will be made AFTER watching consistent income being generated in my AdSense account for 60 days and the payment is made (meaning that the site must meet or exceed the required income of minimum $10-$15 USD per day for 60 full days). No partial payments will be made.

Only experience workers with a proven verifiable track record will be considered. THIS IS THE FIRST OF MANY PROJECTS. So if the work is done well with good communication and professionalism, then you will be offered further jobs (similar and bigger ones)!!! I will also award bonuses for exceptional service!

Traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within Adsense TERMS OF SERVICE. I cannot risk my Adsense account. TRAFFIC AND CLICKS MUST BE WHITE-HAT ONLY!
