Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ad Words marketing coordinator

Hello we are interested in hiring a freelance marketing coordinator to help us manage and administer our online ad campaigns for a variety of businesses. Below is the criteria for the position.
1) Must have extensive experience with developing and managing online marketing programs through Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad words.
2) Must be able to work on tight deadlines.
3) A background in restaurant, real estate, and investment management marketing is highly desired.
4) Must show a portfolio that can drive traffic and return ROI, no branding campaigns.
5) Must have experience integrating marketing programs with wordpress and weebly web design software and traditional CRM systems.
6) Must be able to integrate mailchimp email marketing into campaigns.
