We want to pay $0.50 for every download that happens however, we only want users/downloads to our app from those locations: Toronto, Mississauga, Burlington, Oakville - and we won't pay for downloads outside those areas.

Please let us know if you can help we want to do a campaign for $500 for 1,000 downloads
