SEO for Wordpress Sites - We have multiple sites/projects

I am in need of an experienced SEO specialist who can help me improve search engine rankings for my 3 Wordpress sites.
The sites that we need this work to be performed on are as follows:

2) [login to view URL] - This site sells food. We sell hot food, and premade bulk food
The primary goal of this project is to improve search engine rankings for my sites. I am looking for someone who can provide me with a comprehensive SEO strategy that includes both on-page and off-page optimization.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Experience in optimizing Wordpress sites
- Ability to conduct keyword research and analysis
- Experience in creating and implementing effective link building strategies
