iPhone/iPad social game using Unity3D and computer vision technology

This project will require someone with computer vision skills that can code, preferably in Unity3D, an app that takes a photo of hand drawn sketch (quite simple) on a piece of paper and convert into extruded 3D model that the user can play with. (More specifics with an NDA, sorry).
You'll need to know how to do some image processing on the photo to get best results and also lighting and shading in Unity3D.
