Google Play (Android Market) publisher account

Job Description

I need Google Play Publisher accounts. I want to buy those accounts from you. How you get to them is not my concern. I want accounts that are ready to publish apps. I will pay you $65 for each one.

Procedure:

1. You start the project.

2. You either go trough the process of creating the account or you just send me the screenshot of the approved account. Next you can remove your credit card info from the account.

3. Then I send you the first payment of $25, so we are each on a safe side.

4. You send me the Google account's username and password, I will change them. After that I will make the remaining payment of $40.

Note:

If you do create the accounts then the Google Play Publisher account has to be created keeping the below factors in mind:

1) New IP and clear browser cookies and cache

2) Gmail account with a new, random recovery e-mail that was never used before along with a phone number that really exists.

You will need to give me the last IP you used and the town and number on the account. I will need that to verify myself when I get the account.
