ECC - Programming Correction and report

I have a program where RSA and ECC algorithms are implemented in Java programming , but there are a few mordifications to be done :

1- Implement Key exchange E.e RSA or Diffie-Hellman.

2- Add Digital signature (Hash Function)

3- Following Parameters has to be used

with domain parameters (for 160-Bit curves):
