Java Developer ( Web / Tomcat )

We have a complex JAVA application running on our server via Tom Cat.
We call the app "The Leads Manager" (TLM) This app was developed a few years ago and is very integral and crucial to our business.
We sell leads to our clients. The leads are purchased and delivered within the clients account.
There are two sides to TLM the Admin and the Client sides
The admin side is used to import leads, manage clients, orders and deliveries.
It's quite a complex system and difficult to give you a lot of detail on here, plus it would probably be too boring.
If you are shortlisted, I'm more than happy to give you a tour of the system.
Of course I will try my best to answer any questions you may have. I can also put you in touch with a developer who has been involved with the project. Unfortunately, he is on other projects now and might not be able to provide the support and maintenance required.
This leads me to exactly what I am looking for:
We need a senior Java developer who can perform bug fixes and add additional features as and when required. We would be hoping to find someone who can work with us on a regular basis.
We do not wish to develop a new system for a few years.
We can give you the source code and you can develop on your own local.
Your code will be inspected before being integrated into the current build, so please do not bother applying if your code will not be of a very high standard.
