TITLE: Non Macromedia Webcam Solution needed for cam site

NEEDED:

We need a fully functional webcam streaming solution that allows users to either direct via web or via a small download connect to and stream to a website and broadcast thier webcams in streamed format.

This solution will allow us to tie the broadcasts to our existing website solution based on ASP and PHP to allowed registered members to broadcast, allow and allow them to view others. We already have a working solution for viewing using Windows Media player, however if the solution you provide includes a java or activeX viewing option that can support multiple views, even better.

Solution must be compatible with our existing ASP system for membership and other site areas, and include the ability to block viewers (for java/activeX/Media Player we can build the block option ourselves). Must be secure, so that none site members cannot view cams and must allow each cam stream to be uniquely identifiable in the system.

Audio and chat are not required for this solution.

Must NOT be based on Macromedia Flash or Shockwave.

Branding or potential to brand to the site required, multiple branding via APPLET PARAM tags a bonus.

PLATFORM:

Windows 2003/2000 Advanced server with IIS 6.0 and PHP4 installed, MS Access Dbase and MySQL Dbase supported.

Dedicated IP assignable to incoming and outbound streams (2 IPs)

Any non common port also avialable, excluding 25, 80, 7777 and 8080.

Seperate download (under 2mb) acceptable for client broadcasting software.
