A service I am using does not have a customer sign up page. The signup page I need would tie into its API and push the customer info from the form into this service. It doesn't need to be pretty, it just needs to work. The API can be viewed here:

I would prefer it tie into a shopping cart. I'm not committed to any particular shopping cart at this time.
