Create simple javascript redirect script

This is simple project so do not bid high.
2 small javascript functions. Assumption all pages on same domain name
1. Set cookie. Will be added to many pages on same domain name. Cookie value should be URL of current page.
So if javascript is placed on http://domainmame/folder/[login to view URL] the cookie value would be: http://domainmame/folder/[login to view URL]
2. Javascript redirect script which will be placed by itself in [login to view URL]
If cookie exists redirect to cookie value which would be like http://domainmame/folder/[login to view URL]
if cookie does not exist should redirect to [login to view URL] in current folder
