I have an HTML form that populates a Google Sheet using ajax.

I need to update the form with a PDF Upload field, and the file needs to go to Google Drive, and a link to the file placed in the row in Google Sheet.

Now I have all data going to the spreadsheet, but the upload is not working. Here is the problem in detail with code:

I have had many problems recently with programmer who bid but cannot complete the work.
