Urgent Java Script project

This is an urgent project with more work to follow. 24 hour turn around.

Use data from the order form spread sheet that is attached.

Create script to use Category and subcategory fields to organize all items. Category and subcategory should be links that expand and condense by clicking on them. Default should be condensed view.

Use order field to make sure the items remain in the correct order.

Below each category, subcategories should be listed in the correct order. Clicking these will expand view of all items in that subcategory. Use headings as shown in the order form pdf attached.

Below each subcategory, items should be displayed for that specific subcategory. Item(number), description, price, quantity, and total. Script should calculate total from the entry of quantities. (see order form pdf)

Number "in cart" identifier can be ignored for this project.

Line item total should be calculated to the side and main total at the bottom, as user adds to the quantities.

"Submit Order" link at the bottom should send data to a designated email address.

I will make a decision on this project within 5 hours.
