Write a user script to allow sending handwritten messages for Facebook Messneger

I requite a user script, which must be able to run in chrome, using Tampermonkey, this is not a bookmarklet nor an extension.

When the script is active, all facebook messenger conversations will have another button present next to the "upload a photo" button (see figure 1).

When the button is clicked, a box will pop up, allowing writing in it using an input interface (see figure 2). Note that the interface must be designed around a touch interface. Not a mouse, but a touch screen.

Once the user is done scribbling a message, and press "send", the image they've created need to be sent in the chat, as if they've just uploaded a photo saved on their hard drive.

The image may not be send to a third or first party browser. It must be sent as is without exiting the browser environment.

When applying for this project, please specify the image editor features you'll implement in your budget (eg, undo/redo, change of color, change of brush, erase). If you will provide no such features other than simple drawing, that's okay, but I would like for you to be explicit about it.
