Regex of textarea for domain search

We have a domain search page. Visitor types names on textarea, selects tlds with checkbox. We need to set regex rules for text area.
1) name per line
2) including a-z english alphabet - (not including ş,ı,ç special chars)
3) including 0-9 Numbers
4) including - char as symbol
5) can’t start with - or can’t end with -
6) can’t leave empty any line
7) min. 2 chars per line
8) max. 60 chars per line
If text area not fit this rules, can’t click to search button (disabled), if visitor try to click, alert will come for telling what is wrong.
