The brief: The logo should feel strong- the idea is that when a business is short staff they can count on us to fill in a shift at the last minute.
I envision a strong hand (not too masculine) either punching up in the air or punching forward hold a paddle. Extra point if this can be incorporated into the title rather than off to the side of above.
Open to color scheme but it should feel professional and memorable with no pink, red, brown or metallics please.
