Logo wanted for Cake Business

Hi,
I need a logo created for a social media cake/ cooking business- Instagram @waltoncakeboutique (can also find me on Tiktok, Youtube, Pinterest, Facebook and my own blog)
I already have artwork commissioned which I wish to use and must form a part of the final result. The final logo should include the artwork and the brand name 'Walton Cake Boutique'. ***UPDATE: The art is in currently only in JPG format, so please let me know if that is a challenge to incorporate. ***
Walton Cake Boutique features baking tutorials and is (hopefully) a place of learning and inspiration. It has friendly, supportive, non-judgmental baking community.
I personally like bright colours but colours chosen should be complimentary to the artwork provided and the wording for 'Walton Cake Boutique' font/ style should be 'boho, girlie, feminine'.
That said I am not a logo designer, so if you have ideas from the artwork provided that don't necessarily align to the brief I am open to hearing them.
