Magento, one page checkout. Update summary to 0 when user select COD.

Hello

I'm a web designer and developer and I'm learning Magento. But at this moment I have a requirement that I can not achieve. I need in one page checkout only if the user select COD the shipping cost be 0, in the summary, that's all. I know this can be done using an observer but I don't know exactly what event to listen.

What would be the cost if you give a hand on this?
