PDF to Word conversion and formatting

I have six PDFs (see attached). I need a cost to convert them to Word and format them into single column in preparation for editing. I don't need you to edit, but you will need to ensure heading and subheading style and format is consistent with the PDFs.
You need to be aware that PDF converters tend to place chunks of text into invisible text boxes. You will need to take the text out of these text boxes, paste it directly onto the page, then delete the text boxes. Conversion can also affect upper and lower case letters, which you will need to fix.
You don't need to format tables.
